The Monroe Institute
Since 1973, the Monroe Institute has helped people explore expanded states of consciousness using sound technology developed by Robert Monroe. I did my first Gateway program in 2004 and have been back twelve times. Today I lead the Monroe Institute’s official community group for Miami, and I’m preparing to lead Monroe workshops myself.
This series is my own project. The Monroe Institute doesn’t sponsor it, and I’ll report every result honestly, including the unimpressive ones.
