This will be the home for essays, observations, and inconvenient truths about meaning, growth, discernment, embodiment, self-abandonment, spiritual bypassing, and the strange work of becoming fully human.

I am not interested in telling people what to think. I am interested in helping people learn how to see: to separate signal from noise, discernment from belief, embodied wisdom from performance, and truth from whatever happens to be comforting.
The writing lives somewhere between contemplative essay, psychological realism, lived experience, and occasional irreverence. Not guru performance. Not endless inspiration. Something more honest.
These are not abstract thought experiments. They are the questions that show up in relationships, health, grief, success, community, aging, spiritual practice, and the ordinary moments where we either return to ourselves or abandon ourselves again.
These essays are not about positive vibes while ignoring trauma, awakening while ignoring the body, or intelligence without wisdom. The thread running through the work is simple: wake up, stay grounded, keep your heart open, and keep your eyes open too.
The aim is to help good-hearted people reclaim sovereignty of mind, body, and spirit through discernment, embodied wisdom, truth, and compassionate strength.
